Assistive technology for business refers to tools and solutions that help individuals with disabilities participate effectively in a professional work environment. These technologies are designed to support employees with disabilities in various aspects of their job, such as communication, mobility, computer access, and task management.

Examples include screen readers and magnification software for blind or visually impaired employees; voice recognition software for individuals with mobility impairments; adaptive keyboards, mice, and ergonomic office equipment; communication aids and software for those with speech or language disabilities; and Braille displays and embossers for individuals who are blind or deaf-blind, just to mention a few.
