Assistive technology for business refers to tools and solutions that help individuals with disabilities participate effectively in a professional work environment. Examples include screen readers and magnification software for blind or visually impaired employees; voice recognition software for individuals with mobility impairments; adaptive keyboards, mice, and ergonomic office equipment; communication aids and software for those with speech or language disabilities; and Braille displays and embossers for individuals who are blind or deaf-blind, just to mention a few.
